Tuition Waiver Awards

New Mexico State University offers a number of opportunities for the residents of other states to pay in-state (or reduced rate) tuition. We have included some of those opportunities that are available to students on the pages to follow of the different tuition waiver financial aid programs offered through the University.

Please note that students attending NMSU under one of these tuition waiver programs will remain classified as a resident of their home state and may not be eligible to establish residency in New Mexico until they have discontinued participation in the program for a minimum of a year. The programs listed are available only on the NMSU Las Cruces Campus. Other details may apply to certain programs.

You may contact University Admissions or University Financial Aid and Scholarship Services for more details or questions.
