Regents Scholarship

New Entering Freshmen (enrolling directly out of high school), admitted to NMSU by March 1st.

Award: Tuition and fees (new entering freshmen enrolling directly out of high school).

Requirements: 23 ACT composite score (1050-1080 SAT) AND 3.5 High School GPA OR 3.75 High School GPA

Renewable: 3.0 GPA and 12 graded credits hours earned each semester. Scholarship award is for a maximum of eight semesters or until graduation, whichever comes first. Requires graduation from a NM high school. If eligible, the NM Lottery Success Scholarship will fund the tuition portion of tuition and fees, beginning the 2nd semester. Recipients must be enrolled full-time at the NMSU main campus (Las Cruces).
