Opportunity Scholarship

New Entering Freshmen (enrolling directly out of high school), admitted to NMSU by March 1st.

Varying one-semester award for entering freshmen.

Requirements: 21 ACT (970-1000 SAT) OR a 3.0 High School GPA

Requires graduation from an accredited NM high school. If eligible (see criteria), the NM Lottery Success Scholarship will fund the tuition beginning the 2nd semester. Recipients must be enrolled full-time at the NMSU main campus (Las Cruces).
